Delve Landscape Design is a landscape and garden design practice, led by Ariel Vernon, BCSLA. Ariel is a registered landscape architect with over 10 years experience in landscape design and construction.

Ariel studied Landscape Architecture at the University of British Columbia, started her design career at Melk! Landscape Architecture and Urban Design in New York City (2012), was a project designer at PFS studio (2014-2016) and a project manager at Hapa Collaborative in Vancouver (2017-2019).  She also enjoys teaching and research, and has co-instructed an environmental design studio at UBC (2019) and taught a research seminar on National Parks in the Anthropocene at McGill university (2020-2021).  

Ariel likes to collaborate with clients, architects and builders to create beautiful spaces that are functional, productive and as self-sustaining as possible. 

Her design practice focuses on local materials, native plant communities, and ecological systems in order to root projects within their local contexts and create a meaningful connection to place.  

Ariel is based in Oliver, British Columbia.
