Oliver House

Is it possible for wild and wonderful sagebrush grasslands not only to co-exist with a single family home, but flourish? Previously, much of this 5 acres had been used as a small holding for cattle grazing, and sowed with the agressive wheat grass.  Our brief was to manage the land for increased biodiversity and native flora, to repair the hydrological processes on the site, and create a comfortable and productive environment for a young family (our own!).
