Can the lower portion of this property -  fallow fields and bramble-strew creek - be revived as a place of natural beauty, and become a place for people too?  This is a long-term and evolving brief.  Two acres to work with, about a third of it brambles, on what was once a Garry Oak savannah.  We began with the functional armature (a place to sit, signage, irrigation, clearning, a rock garden) and slowly work towards the dream of total ecological restoration.
