Design Brief: To update a long-neglected plaza on a busy Vancouver commercial high street.   The brief included a defunct water fountain, and iconic 1960’s public sculpture, several concrete fountains, and acres of brown tile - all sitting atop a not-to-be-disturbed building membrane.
